Metal Gardens strives to ship packages within 2 days. Sometimes due to stock and the season it may take longer. Most packages are shipped ups ground unless other arrangements are made.

The shopping cart automatically figures shipping UPS cost basis. So if you order more than one item or several different items it automatically figures the discounted combined shipping price.

Most packages are 10 -15 dollars to ship. We do give discounts on shipping for purchases of more than one item and shipped in the same package. This is figured automatically in the shopping cart. Some items have to be shipped individually.

Returns

Metal Gardens has a 30 day no questions asked return policy.Shipping and return shipping is not refunded unless there is a fault on our part. In most cases the product will be replaced free if there is a defect.

Shipping costs will be deducted from item prices on promotional and free shipping returns.
